Senior🎓
Top SchoolSerhat Tanrikut is a seasoned engineering and product leader with 20+ years in software and a decade of management experience, currently directing Platform & Foundations Delivery in Belgium. He blends enterprise rigor from roles at Nokia and Sitecore with startup agility as co-founder and former CTO of Wodo Network, where he scaled a blockchain finance platform from inception to a $3M seed-backed, 40+ person organization. Serhat is fluent across cloud-native and distributed systems (Kubernetes, microservices, Java/TypeScript, blockchain stacks) and is known for translating business goals into pragmatic roadmaps, secure architectures, and measurable delivery rhythms. He builds high-performing teams through coaching, systems thinking, and an Agile operating model, while keeping a hands-on pulse on architecture and security-first platform evolution. An engineer at heart, he has repeatedly taken products from concept to production-grade multi-tenant deployments for regulated enterprise use cases.
