Spain
Summary
👤
SeniorSerhii Nakhankov is a Technical Lead based in Dublin with over 11 years of hands-on experience designing and shipping cloud-native backend systems and AI-integrated applications. He specializes in backend architecture, GCP/AWS cloud migrations, and productionizing LLM-powered solutions such as RAG search, multimodal assistants, and automated cost-analysis tools. At Zazmic he led cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, established CI/CD and testing best practices, and delivered notable wins like real-time voice-controlled demos and secure multimedia agent platforms. His work bridges full-stack development (Next.js, React, Node.js, FastAPI) with infrastructure optimization, yielding measurable cost and performance improvements. Beyond delivery, he mentors engineers, runs internship programs, and translates product needs into pragmatic technical roadmaps. An unexpected strength is his knack for turning migration and pricing data into automated tooling that removes friction from cloud moves.
