Senior🎓
Top SchoolSerhii Yaremenko is a CEO and PhD in Computer Science who treats e-commerce as a cybernetic system, driving €10M+ annual revenue across 15 Amazon marketplaces with a disciplined, data-first approach. He directly oversees Sales, Sourcing, and Finance, leading a 30-person, multi-country team to 25% year-over-year growth while launching ~20 ASINs per month with an 85% success rate. With 11 years’ experience and prior IT leadership at a €40M operation, he blends rigorous academic systems thinking with hands-on P&L ownership and supply-chain optimization. He’s building AI-powered planning tools (DLV Insight) to bring mathematical precision to strategic decisions, and favors radical honesty and operational rhythms (Plan vs Fact, EOS) as his competitive edge. An uncommon trait: he personally ensures 100% revenue flow through departments he manages, turning governance into a performance lever rather than delegation.
