Top SchoolSeth Flynn is a Product Owner for Retail Systems with six years of technology-focused experience and a decade-plus background in retail leadership. He translates frontline retail insights into prioritized roadmaps, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups while guiding Agile teams through sprint delivery and release planning. Comfortable bridging business and technical stakeholders, he advises on architecture and performs hands-on QA to ensure features meet KPIs and customer needs. Seth’s career progression from store manager and district trainer to project captain and product owner gives him a rare operational empathy for end users and an eye for process improvements that drive measurable results. Based in Florida, he pairs pragmatic delivery habits with a self-deprecating sense of humor—summed up on GitHub as “we're falling apart at runtime”—that hints at a candid, problem-solving leadership style.
