Top SchoolSeth Payne is a seasoned technical product leader with 25 years in enterprise software and a focused decade-plus driving data engineering, query languages, and real-time analytics products. He has shipped strategic integrations and connectors at MongoDB and led query language and client initiatives at Elastic, turning complex search and SQL functionality into scalable Atlas and Elasticsearch offerings. Now a Staff Product Manager at LaunchDarkly, he combines deep systems architecture experience (search nodes, index lifecycle, scalable topologies) with go-to-market savvy from earlier roles across market data, cloud labs, and fintech services. Seth’s background spans engineering-facing product work and customer-driven connector design, and he pairs an MBA in Finance & Strategy with an uncommon humanities MA in Religion and Ethics, which informs his pragmatic yet human-centered product decision-making.
