Top SchoolShadman Kolahzary is a pragmatic tech lead and full-stack engineer with 12 years of software experience and eight years focused on production-grade web applications. He combines deep knowledge of web architecture, microservices, and agile delivery with hands-on skills across front-end, back-end and real-time systems—from WebRTC and WebSocket infrastructures to cloud microservices and automated E2E testing. Notable projects include building an NHS-facing automation that streamlined prescriptions and a lightweight P2P signaling stack for real-time communication, demonstrating his ability to translate complex domain needs into time-saving tools. Comfortable rapidly adopting new technologies, he also contributes to open-source tooling (e.g., improving a PHP YouTube downloader) and has a track record of cutting production size and developer friction through targeted refactors. Based in Istanbul, he pairs technical leadership with practical engineering: shipping prototypes fast while keeping systems maintainable and testable.
