Top SchoolShailesh Padave is a Staff Software Engineer based in Mumbai with a decade-plus track record building cloud-native, high-reliability services across startups and large enterprises. He has led architecture and delivery of messaging, event-streaming, and cloud infrastructure features at Twilio, Oracle, and Crealytics, and now drives platform work at Orkes. Comfortable across Golang, Scala, Java and distributed systems, he has repeatedly shortened delivery cycles (notably shipping an error-aggregation service in under a month) while improving operational observability and disaster response. His background spans both product-facing APIs and deep infrastructure automation—SDKs, CI/CD, stress frameworks, and load-testing tooling—showing a blend of hands-on coding and technical leadership. A pragmatic problem solver, he often pairs rapid prototyping with production hardening to move pilots into scalable releases.
