Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolShaked Lokits is a multidisciplinary computer scientist and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building high-scale, product-focused systems across startups, enterprise and public-sector initiatives. He has led technical teams and product efforts from low-latency financial systems and serverless architectures at Melio and WeWork to founding Words of Iron, a public-diplomacy platform that reached over 1M MAUs during the 2023–24 Israel conflict to counter online hate. Comfortable spanning backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure, he combines Node/Go services, React UIs and extensive AWS tooling with product strategy and metrics-driven decision making. His background in education and visual-communication design (triple major) informs a rare blend of pedagogy, UX sensibility and technical rigor—he’s taught generative design, developed curricula, and prototyped ML-driven features at Lightricks. Known for mentoring engineers and translating complex domain needs into scalable systems, Shaked brings entrepreneurial drive and a strategic eye for civic impact. An avid sailor, he channels that same discipline and crew-first leadership into building resilient teams and products.
