Top SchoolShakil Clark is a seasoned software engineering lead with roughly 15–18 years of experience delivering high-traffic web and mobile products for global brands including Shopify, Condé Nast, and NewsUK. He combines full-stack fluency with a frontend lean—specializing in JavaScript, React, and Node.js—while consistently owning end-to-end delivery and developer experience. As a hands-on staff engineer and manager he has launched platform-level products like Shopify’s Checkout UI extensions and driven company-wide engineering strategy and hiring standards. He has repeatedly introduced tooling that boosts productivity, most notably AI-driven localisation workflows that sped translations by 10x at Personio.
