Top SchoolShamar Benoit is a Principal Product Designer and Founding AI Experience Designer who builds enterprise-grade, scalable UX and design systems that turn ambiguous, high-risk problems into measurable product outcomes. With 17+ years spanning fintech, SaaS, and mission-critical platforms, he blends strategy, systems architecture, and hands-on front-end execution to deliver measurable efficiency gains—such as reducing field service task time and cutting complex financial workflows by up to half. He’s led design at scale for organizations handling trillions in transactions and created AI-native workflows and prototypes using Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT to validate product-market fit in live demos. As a solo design lead and fractional head of design, he created visual DNA and component libraries that accelerated delivery velocity and reduced rework across multiple teams. Notably, his background as a US Navy supervisor informs a rigorous operational mindset that treats design as operating leverage for the business. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he advises and hires for principal design leadership across AI, fintech, and platform products.
