Senior🎓
Top SchoolShane Steuteville is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building scalable full‑stack systems and leading engineering teams across fintech, health tech, and real estate SaaS. He combines hands‑on development (Next.js, React, NestJS, Node, .NET Core) with architecture work—modernizing legacy reward engines into asynchronous, multi‑use platforms and rebuilding fragile codebases into modular systems that reduced support load and sped onboarding. Shane has repeatedly shipped end‑to‑end projects under tight timelines, from an AWS‑backed SMS chat platform ("huddlechat") to profitable new product lines and revenue-driving services at SkySlope. He focuses on improving engineering velocity through better delivery processes, QA practices, and mentorship, and is comfortable operating across serverless, container, and infrastructure-as-code environments. Based in California, he brings a pragmatic creativity—often finding nonobvious integrations and automation opportunities—that turns exploratory ideas into production impact.
