Top SchoolShannon Fritz is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and driving cloud PC, device management, and enterprise security products. A six-time Microsoft MVP in Enterprise Security and Cloud Datacenter, he blends deep systems engineering roots—Hyper-V, Windows Server, RDS, Intune, Azure AD—with customer-facing product leadership across Windows 365, Autopatch, and Microsoft Managed Desktop. He has a strong consulting background, having led cloud datacenter teams and solution architecture engagements that turned technical complexity into deployable customer outcomes. Known for technical presentations and in-depth troubleshooting, Shannon regularly translates C-suite priorities into product improvements informed by direct customer feedback. Based in Milwaukee, he pairs practical operational experience (including early virtualization and security incident work) with a continual focus on remote productivity and hybrid identity. An unexpected thread through his career is an enduring interest in digital audio/video media, which informs his practical approach to user experience and remote collaboration features.
