Top SchoolSharon Klinkenberg is a senior lecturer and psychometrician at the University of Amsterdam with 11+ years of experience designing statistics and research methods education and a long track record of leading digital assessment innovation. She combines rigorous psychometric expertise with practical educational technology skills—implementing LMS migrations, large-scale testing workflows, and multimedia-assessed assignments—to align assessment and real-world research skills. As co-director of the Teaching & Learning Centre and chair of multiple national and institutional digital assessment groups, she shapes policy and practice across Dutch higher education. Sharon approaches open educational resources like a curator, blending selected high-quality materials with original instructional content to optimize timing, feedback, and grading alignment. Her background in psychology, a long doctoral trajectory in psychometrics, and hands-on roles in assessment software migration give her a rare mix of research depth and operational delivery.
