Top SchoolShashila Heshan is a Technical Lead with eight years’ experience building web, mobile, and embedded solutions across startups and public companies, currently leading engineering at Allion Technologies after a multi-year leadership role at BetMakers Technology Group. Comfortable across Golang, Java, C#, PHP, Flutter and Android, he blends backend services and front-end web work (Vue/HTML/CSS) with hands-on IoT and creative tooling experience (Arduino, Unity, AfterEffects). He founded Crytonix Labs to provide software and educational services, demonstrating an entrepreneurial streak alongside corporate delivery. A First Class Computer Science graduate from Coventry University, he has a track record of progressing rapidly from individual contributor roles to technical leadership while keeping active in side projects and cross-disciplinary tooling. Less obvious: he pairs systems-level backend work with visual and real-time application skills, giving him an unusual full-stack + creative engineering profile for product-focused teams.
