Summary
👤
SeniorShay Tessler is a founder and seasoned full-stack engineer with 11 years of experience building resilient, production-grade systems and workflow-driven products from Tel Aviv. He founded Una to solve the quiet gaps that erode client trust for solo matchmakers, architecting a Python-based, multi-service platform that blends React Native, Neo4J, SOLR, and message-driven infrastructure to ensure commitments never slip. Shay has a track record of improving reliability and performance at scale—from refactoring critical microservices at Fiverr to stabilizing AI engines and designing genome-ordering systems for clinical use—while also hiring and mentoring teams. Practical, product-focused, and detail-oriented, he combines hands-on coding with a knack for operationalizing human workflows so nothing important depends on memory.
