Senior🎓
Top SchoolSheldon Smickley is a founder-led product and growth operator with 11 years building seed and Series A startups from zero to scale, specializing in turning tiny teams into revenue-generating businesses. As a CEO and product leader he’s driven B2B, enterprise, and consumer pivots that produced multi-million ARR outcomes—ranging from an AI-driven transaction screener adopted by a top-10 bank to a podcast recommendation engine that scaled to 85K users and later became a $200K+/month SaaS. He combines hands-on product management, data science training, and engineering fluency (full-stack and scripting background) to prototype, launch, and iterate rapidly with small teams. Notably, he led a device-graph product from $2M to $18M ARR that culminated in a $380M acquisition, and he repeatedly surfaces product-market fit and growth loops across industries including esports and philanthropy. Based in New York, Sheldon now builds onchain growth at Torque Labs while advising and consulting early-stage teams on positioning, go-to-market, and monetization strategies.
