Top SchoolShih Wang is a Senior Software Engineer based in London with eight years of full‑stack experience spanning startups and public sector tech. A founding engineer at Hyphen and former tech lead at Thriva Health, she has repeatedly shipped product-facing features across frontend and backend roles at companies like Fresha, BOXT and NHS England. She pairs a creative background—a BA in Drama and early career as an actress and stage manager—with a Masters in Creative Industries Management, which informs her collaborative product instincts and user-focused engineering. Comfortable moving between hands-on coding and leadership, she’s delivered across rapid startup cycles and larger organisational contexts. Notably, her theatre training translates into strong situational awareness and calm under pressure when coordinating cross-functional releases.
