Summary
👤
SeniorShonosuke Fukuda is an experienced IT manager and systems integrator with a 27-year track record leading internal IT and digital transformation at Endo Lighting and now driving group DX for Osaka Metro and Osaka City Bus. He has deep hands-on expertise in ERP and CRM landscapes—leading multi-country SAP S/4HANA rollouts, SalesForce, Marketo, SanSan, and Tableau integrations—and has architected SAP-linked automated warehouse and multi-site sales/production analytics. Equally fluent in legacy and web stacks, he built ORACLE/VB6/.NET and ASP/JAVA/Ajax systems for sales, inventory, and returns before moving to enterprise-scale cloud and SaaS integrations. Notably, he served as PM to achieve simultaneous S/4HANA go-live across six domestic and overseas entities on schedule in 2024. He combines business-side sales and promotional lighting domain knowledge with technical delivery skills, enabling pragmatic solutions that align IT with commercial operations. Based in Osaka, he excels at bridging Japan–ASEAN deployments and operationalizing complex cross-border system landscapes.
