Top SchoolShravan Vasista is a software engineer with two years of professional experience, currently working on enabling Rust for Windows driver development as part of Microsoft’s Azure Edge + Platform Core OS team. He holds an MS in Computer Science from USC and has a strong cloud and infrastructure background from roles at Roku, DXC Technology, and AWS where he delivered IaC, migrations, CI/CD, and DevSecOps improvements. At Roku he shipped partner-portal features that onboarded 17 TV partners, built versioned APIs and automated workflows, and introduced E2E testing that improved release quality. His earlier work includes automated deployment and disaster recovery solutions on AWS and scripted tooling to streamline support workflows. Comfortable across systems, backend services, and automation, he brings a pragmatic focus on reliability and developer productivity. He also contributes to practical open-source efforts around Windows Rust drivers, reflecting an interest in systems-level tooling not obvious from cloud-focused roles alone.
