Top SchoolShreya Jagarlamudi is a product and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building AI-driven systems across healthcare, mixed reality, and computer vision. As co-founder and CEO of Pledge Health (acquired by Collectly) she led development of an AI automation platform that abstracts healthcare SOPs and routes only critical tasks to humans, and now serves as Head of Product at Collectly. Her background as a hands-on ML and software engineer at Microsoft includes leading eye-tracking and model pipeline work for HoloLens and contributions to Custom Vision tooling. She pairs startup grit with deep technical chops stemming from research in generative video colorization and practical computer vision work for agriculture and construction. Based in the Bay Area and a Y Combinator alumna, she’s comfortable translating research prototypes into production products that solve regulated, high-stakes problems. A lesser-known thread through her career is a consistent focus on human-in-the-loop systems that blend automation with thoughtful human oversight.
