Summary
🤩
RockstarSidharth R is a pragmatic founding engineer with six years of hands-on experience building products across startups, most recently leading engineering at Carbon Manufacturing Systems. He has held technical leadership roles including CTO at Rhampage and contributed as a software engineer at YC-backed Farmako and Infisical, demonstrating comfort with both early-stage product development and scaling engineering teams. Based in Chandpur, Bangladesh, he combines front-end roots with full-stack execution, shipping tangible features from prototype to production. Colleagues know him for a get-things-done mindset—summed up by his simple credo “I know how to build things”—that pairs practical problem-solving with rapid iteration.
