Senior🎓
Top SchoolSileno Brito is a seasoned back-end developer with over 15 years in IT and eight years focused on building scalable telephony and cloud-native systems from São Paulo, Brazil. He has deep, hands-on expertise in PHP, C++, Kubernetes, Docker, and telephony stacks like Asterisk and Kamailio, delivering omnichannel platforms, SIP provisioning microservices, and resilient call-center infrastructures. Known for pairing strategic architectural vision with meticulous execution, he designs secure APIs, optimizes databases, and implements monitoring and alerting for production microservices. His background includes low-level C/AGI integrations and packaging for Linux/FreeBSD, which gives him uncommon fluency across both systems and application layers. Currently leading back-end efforts at VONBZ while contributing to large telephony projects at Nerd4ever, he excels at turning complex, distributed requirements into reliable operational services. Outside the obvious, he brings a practical ops mindset—managing persistent volumes, recording storage, and real-time event bridges—that tightens the loop between development and production.
