Top SchoolSilvia Gaicd is a results-driven technology leader and operator with 15+ years of experience turning research-grade WebRTC and multimedia prototypes into commercial telehealth platforms and scalable SaaS businesses. She co-founded and led Coviu from a CSIRO spinout through VC rounds and rapid pandemic-driven scale, building remote-first processes and self-serve product systems that supported multi-market expansion. Now focused on product and operations in digital health (CARED, Debrief Health) and mentoring startups, she blends evidence-based R&D rigor with practical go-to-market and regulatory navigation. A former W3C editor and Google accessibility contributor, Silvia brings deep standards and engineering credibility alongside commercial leadership—an unusual mix that helps bridge product, policy and practice in healthcare. Based in Sydney, she also stewards community and arts organisations, demonstrating a sustained commitment to people-centered governance and cross-sector impact.
