Top SchoolSimeon Pashley is a product-focused technology leader and hands-on technical lead with over three decades of software experience and 11 years in senior eCommerce and enterprise architecture roles. Currently Product Group Manager at Next, he has repeatedly delivered MACH-based, cloud-native commerce platforms and AI search integrations that drove measurable revenue and operational gains across large retailers. Simeon blends deep engineering chops—from early game development on PlayStation and Xbox to modern stacks like Kubernetes, Node.js, GraphQL and Google Vertex AI—with enterprise governance and AI adoption frameworks. He’s equally comfortable designing low‑latency APIs and owning architecture roadmaps as he is translating complex technical strategies for non-technical stakeholders. A serial entrepreneur and former CTO, he has a pragmatic knack for turning acquisition integrations and legacy migrations into scalable omnichannel platforms. Based in Sheffield, he’s known for solving technical puzzles in high-throughput retail environments while championing responsible AI and sustainable architecture.
