Top SchoolSimon Bourdages is a Principal Product Manager based in Redmond with eight years of product and program leadership at Microsoft driving OneDrive and SharePoint migration, search, and developer experience initiatives. He combines a software engineering background from Polytechnique Montréal with deep cross-discipline program management—aligning engineering, finance, marketing, and commerce—to deliver large-scale platform and cost-savings outcomes. Simon founded and scaled migration products and partner programs (including patented Migration APIs and a first-party SharePoint migration tool) that materially increased customer acquisition. More recently he’s led ODSP efforts around fair-usage enforcement and cross-region COGS savings, blending technical product strategy with risk and loss-prevention controls. Comfortable presenting to large audiences, he also specializes in improving inner-loop developer productivity and quality of experience across dispersed global teams. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic execution that turns complex infrastructure and compliance challenges into operational products.
