Simon Gough is a director and experienced design strategist who blends service design, systems thinking, data and economics to help organisations innovate across environmental, social and technological challenges. As co-founder of Design and Economics and The Data Place and director of human-centred agency Redfront, he specialises in facilitation, co-design and building organisational design capability—from launching startups to embedding design at enterprise scale.
