Senior🎓
Top SchoolSimon Junod is a web developer based in Lausanne with 11 years of experience building and deploying Debian-hosted web projects, including six Django apps served via uWSGI. Deeply rooted in free software and server administration, he combines webdesign sensibility with automation—writing Python tools (including OpenCV-based image processing) to streamline testing and operational tasks. He implemented and operates a professionally hardened, standards-compliant email server (100/100 on mail-tester.com), reflecting his emphasis on autonomy from major cloud providers. Alongside his engineering work at tipee, he brings a strong legal background (MLaw summa cum laude) and research/teaching experience at the University of Geneva, which sharpen his attention to standards and documentation. Actively seeking to refocus his career in Romandy, he offers a rare mix of backend engineering, server security, and legal rigor.
