Summary
👤
SeniorSimon Reisinger is a Senior Product Owner and software engineer based in Vienna with a decade of hands-on experience spanning iOS apps, cloud-native security tooling, and Java enterprise backends using Spring and Hibernate. He progressed through multiple engineering roles at Dynatrace—moving from prototyping Kubernetes security visualizers to shaping product strategy—and now leads product direction while retaining a developer's attention to technical detail. His background includes mobile-first UX and CI work at Tractive, freelance iOS development, and backend automation projects dating back to early .NET and OCR integrations, reflecting wide technical breadth. A high-achieving CS student with top academic honors (MS and BS, highest distinction), he pairs rigorous theory with practical delivery. Known for reducing false positives in vulnerability reporting via extensible rule systems, he brings a pragmatic focus on actionable context and measurable impact. Outside the obvious, his experience running a church’s digital ecosystem shows he combines technical leadership with user-centered communication and long-term vision.
