Simon Woodward
Summary
👤
SeniorSimon Woodward is a seasoned product and technical leader with three decades in software and a recent tech sabbatical to rewire his hands-on engineering skills for modern DevOps, AI-assisted development and LLM-powered UX. He has led product portfolios and platform transformations at scale—driving daily releases at Zoopla, building clinical and telehealth platforms at Babylon, and multiplying product revenue post-acquisition at BMC/Tideway. Simon specialises in translating messy commercial priorities into clear value propositions, focused roadmaps and scalable architectures while growing high-performing product and engineering teams. He combines deep customer-facing market insight with practical delivery experience, from building CRM suites at King to decommissioning cost-heavy Kubernetes estates at BMC. Based in the UK, he pairs strategic product leadership with recent hands-on work in conversational graph queries and AI-enabled developer practices—an uncommon blend that keeps strategy grounded in technical reality.
