Senior🎓
Top SchoolSimone Nunzi is an engineering team lead and senior full stack developer based in Piedmont, Italy, with nine years of experience building web platforms from frontend Angular components to Spring Boot backends and Kubernetes-powered infrastructure. He currently leads engineering efforts in the regulated biotech space, balancing compliance requirements with pragmatic delivery and accelerated time-to-market. Simone drives technical strategy, CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentors engineers, and has a track record of improving test reliability and deployment pipelines (notably replacing an unreliable E2E setup with Nightwatch & Cucumber). He brings hands-on experience implementing microfrontend architectures, reusable UI components, and GitOps workflows while serving as the go-to architect for code quality and release readiness. Comfortable operating across product, UX and QA boundaries, he also refines hiring processes to build high-performing, culturally-aligned teams. Early web-era curiosity (he started building pages back when table layouts and blinking GIFs ruled the internet) still informs his pragmatic, user-focused approach to modern engineering.
