Senior🎓
Top SchoolSindélio Lima is a game-focused software engineer and founder with 10 years of experience blending gameplay programming, storytelling, and technical leadership to build products from prototype to production. After multiple startup CTO/CEO roles and leading blockchain and back-end teams, he now channels that entrepreneurial grit into crafting narrative-driven RPGs at Generous Studio while learning music production and 2D art to round out his creative toolkit. Comfortable architecting APIs, blockchain networks, and cloud infrastructure, he pairs pragmatic engineering discipline with a longtime passion for deep, character-rich game design inspired by classics like Xenogears. Based in São Paulo, he brings a rare mix of technical breadth, hands-on development, and a producer’s sense for storytelling and player experience.
