SeniorSivaram Rasathurai is an Associate Technical Lead and software engineer with 8 years of experience building resilient, high-performance backend systems, currently at Sysco LABS in Chemnitz. He specializes in Java and Spring Boot, event streaming with Kafka, and designing fault-tolerant APIs—having driven REST latency down to ~150 ms and ensured reliable Kafka delivery under heavy load. Comfortable across the stack, he has delivered customer onboarding platforms, middleware optimizations, and disaster-recovery tooling while using Testcontainers, Mockito, WireMock, and JUnit to keep integrations robust. An incoming Master’s student in Automotive Software Engineering, he pairs practical production experience with a growing focus on automotive systems and real-time software.
