Senior🎓
Top SchoolSkylar Lowery is an engineering manager and founder with 12 years of experience building and scaling software teams and products across startups and fast-growing platforms. Currently leading multiple software and data engineering teams at Stripe, Skylar blends hands-on technical fluency with people-first leadership honed from founding SquareVenue and consulting across DevOps, full‑stack, and product work. He has deep practical experience in reliability, infrastructure, and identity-resolution systems from roles at Duo Security and FullContact, and a long-running obsession with entrepreneurial productization that began before his teenage years. Based in Denver, he prioritizes simplicity, curiosity, and kindness as core levers for sustainable engineering culture and customer-focused design. Not obvious from the title: he’s equally comfortable shipping code, shaping technical strategy, and running a marketplace business that surfaces physical venues through rich media.
