Top SchoolSlava Vaniukov is a seasoned technology executive and startup founder with over a decade of experience building revenue-generating web products, automations, and remote engineering teams. As Co-Founder and CEO of Softermii and current CTO of DrTalks.com, he blends hands-on development, product strategy, and process automation to accelerate time-to-market and cut operational costs for clients like Dollar Shave Club and Hollar. He has repeatedly led cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth—examples include doubling delivery speed for PetRealTime and driving 200% profitable annual growth at DrTalks while scaling to 40+ employees. Known for turning messy processes into well-documented, automated workflows, he focuses on aligning technology to business outcomes rather than treating IT as an end in itself. Based in Los Angeles with a master's in computer science, Slava pairs entrepreneurial pragmatism with technical depth across product, architecture, and team building.
