Senior🎓
Top SchoolSofia Vicedomini is a seasoned software leader and general manager with 11 years of experience building and scaling full-stack, cloud-native solutions across Italy and Europe. Skilled in Java (Spring), TypeScript (NestJS), and React/Next.js, she combines hands-on engineering with business development to shepherd products from concept through delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams. Her background spans R&D in 5G and eSIM provisioning, platform hardening and cybersecurity for MaaS pilots, and measurable backend performance improvements (e.g., a 300% efficiency win on a customer segmentation system). As a founder and consultant she has repeatedly translated ambiguous ideas into production-ready systems for startups and enterprises, and she blends technical depth with commercial savvy learned from brief B2B/B2C sales experience. Known for pragmatic architecture and mentorship, she also has a knack for formalizing internal processes and technical specs later reused by larger partners. Based in Italy, Sofia pairs entrepreneurial persistence with an engineer’s attention to reliability and operational quality.
