Top SchoolSohan Kathait is a Senior Backend Engineer with 8 years of experience building scalable, performant systems for startups across Cloud Security, HealthTech, and Loyalty & Rewards. He has driven end-to-end backend ownership—from revamping monoliths into microservices and optimizing p95 latency by up to 50–70%, to designing multi-cloud vulnerability management and runtime visibility for eBPF agents. At Ariksa he built prioritization systems to triage millions of vulnerabilities, and at Orange Health Labs he pushed a key service to an apdex of 1 through targeted endpoint optimization. Comfortable across Go, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), he combines hands-on coding with process improvements like CI optimization and documentation automation. Based in Uttarakhand, India, Sohan pairs a can-do, honest work ethic with the GyShiDo philosophy he follows for continuous personal and professional growth. He’s known for stepping into leadership gaps—mentoring hires, owning releases, and turning complex requirements into pragmatic, auditable solutions.
