Top SchoolSoraya Majdolashrafi is a full-stack software engineer in Portland with five years of experience blending front-end React expertise and Node.js backends with a background in photography and visual arts. Currently a Software Engineer II at New Relic, she brings disciplined TDD and collaborative practices to build interactive, story-driven experiences that bridge code and craft. Her toolbelt includes Next.js, Material-UI, PostgreSQL, Jest, and deployment on Heroku/Netlify, and she pairs engineering with visual techniques like printmaking and videography to inform design-forward interfaces. Formerly a teaching assistant at Alchemy Code Lab and a long-time college videographer, she excels at mentoring, remote collaboration, and turning creative concepts into polished, testable products.
