Top SchoolSoren Yeadon is a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with nine years of experience modernizing large-scale enterprise applications and shipping customer-facing features across Java, TypeScript, React, and Spring Boot. He combines hands-on implementation with cloud architecture expertise—earning an AWS Solutions Architect certification—and has improved developer velocity through observability, telemetry pipelines, and migrating test suites to Playwright. At Capital One, VMware Tanzu Labs, and BCBSIL he decomposed monoliths, designed data pipelines with Avro/Kafka, and built dashboards that turned telemetry into measurable performance gains. Equally comfortable coaching teams in TDD/XP and rolling up his sleeves to deliver, he focuses on clean architecture, progressive feature rollouts, and measurable impact. A background in history and international studies informs his product-focused communication with stakeholders, and he has a track record of reducing operational overhead while enabling faster, safer releases.
