Top SchoolSoura Bhattacharyya is a founder-CEO and product-minded systems designer with nine years leading Lattice Innovations, where he has guided the development of 75+ healthcare and government solutions that translate client ideas into operational technology. He combines hands-on product development and market strategy with deep experience in medtech—scaling precision surgical products at OmniGuide and building affordable hospital technologies at Glocal Healthcare. Trained as a chemical engineer (IIT Kharagpur) and an HBS MBA (High Honors), he applies Kaizen-inspired continuous improvement to align people, process and tech for measurable performance gains. Comfortable in both startup and institutional settings, he has led cross-functional teams across clinical affairs, HR, IT and operations, and still values learning from a wide network of mentors and peers. Unusually for a CEO, he remains deeply involved in tool-making details and design ergonomics, ensuring solutions reflect real user work practices rather than abstract requirements.
