Senior🎓
Top SchoolSowmya Sridharamurthy is a Solution Delivery and Release Engineering Manager based in Amsterdam with over a decade of experience in quality engineering, release management, and end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and web applications. She blends technical depth—automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress and API testing—with strong process and vendor management to stabilize agile delivery cycles and improve engineering KPIs. Her work has repeatedly cut defect leakage, shortened resolution times by ~30% and reduced rework costs by ~18% through targeted test strategies, usability-driven sprints and in-house security testing. A techno-functional leader who mentors teams across geographies, she’s equally comfortable in code (Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML) and in driving strategic improvements such as test maturity models and scalable TAAS partnerships. Unusually, her background spans SAP ERP development and an MBA, giving her rare visibility into both implementation-level engineering and business impact.
