Top SchoolSrikanth Sambirli is a Lead Software Engineer based in Bengaluru with 8 years of hands-on experience building cloud-native, full-stack payment and trade systems using Java, Spring Boot, React and modern DevOps toolchains. He has driven migrations from legacy J2EE and Swing to microservices and React front-ends, delivering measurable business impact such as >50% dashboard performance gains and a ~$12,000 license saving. Comfortable across the stack, he authors secure REST APIs, optimizes complex SQL/PLSQL workflows, and automates testing and CI/CD to shave hours off sprint work. At Wells Fargo he led onboarding and collections replatforming efforts, introduced security scanning and quality gates, and earned consecutive internal Champion awards. He pairs strong architectural vision with pragmatic implementation—often building reusable modules (PDF generation, persistence libraries) that accelerate delivery. A cloud enthusiast and mentor, he blends enterprise delivery experience with an engineer’s focus on performance, testability and cost efficiency.
