Top SchoolSrinivasan Raguraman is a Tech Principal with 15 years’ experience helping organisations modernise legacy systems, build cloud-native platforms, and deliver reliable mobile and service-oriented products. Based in Sydney and working at ThoughtWorks, he blends hands-on engineering (Kubernetes, serverless, native iOS/Android) with strategic advisory work—replatforming 20-year-old systems, rebuilding low-latency payment APIs, and enabling progressive rollouts for SaaS. He focuses on measurable business value, reducing system complexity, and driving observable reliability through performance tuning and distributed tracing. An experienced team builder and coach, he embeds practices like TDD, pair programming and incident learning to raise engineering leadership across organisations. He also brings an interdisciplinary edge from studying behavioural science to shape adoption and change, and is comfortable picking up new technologies to meet business outcomes.
