Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolSrushtika Neelakantam is a Senior Product Manager based in London with 11 years of experience building developer-facing products and developer education initiatives. She has led product strategy and delivery for realtime and collaboration APIs—like Ably Spaces, LiveSync, Live Objects and upcoming chat APIs—bridging distributed-systems complexity with clear, idiomatic developer experiences. Her background in DevRel and engineering informs a validation-first approach: deep user discovery, build-in-public iterations, and targeted trials to prove product-market fit. She excels at turning documentation and onboarding into revenue-driving features, having overhauled developer docs and system design guides to improve developer activation. A regular speaker and writer in the dev community, she pairs technical empathy with product rigor, and outside work she combines creativity and rhythm as a drummer and photographer.
