Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolStefan Pettersson is a seasoned software developer, founder and former CTO with 19 years of experience building and scaling product-led technology companies across Europe and the US. He blends hands-on engineering—across languages from JavaScript/TypeScript and Python to Go, Swift and C++—with leadership roles from CTO and CEO to board chair, having grown startups from founding stages to nearly 100 employees and successful acquisitions. Comfortable moving between cloud architectures (GCP, AWS, Cloudflare), data platforms and mobile/native clients, he excels at turning domain knowledge into technical advantage and product impact. Stefan has led M&A processes, advised boards and mentored teams while remaining deeply technical and pragmatic, often shifting between coding and strategy as needed. Based in Stockholm, he runs Codetouch Ventures to build and advise startups, combining entrepreneurial experience with a lifelong love of coding that started in his teens. An uncommon strength is his fluency in translating technical constraints to business outcomes and vice versa, enabling faster product-market fit and scalable systems.
