Top SchoolStefano Bourscheid is a pragmatic engineering leader and technical co-founder with 10 years’ experience building data-powered logistics products and accelerating cross-functional teams from Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. At Bettermile he blends hands-on architecture (APIs for routing, fraud detection, parcel zone prediction, geospatial pipelines and forecasting) with platform-building for data engineering, observability and AI-augmented development. He champions a concise SDLC, favors fast prototypes over premature abstraction, and defined a canonical stack around React/TypeScript, Kotlin/Quarkus, Snowflake/DBT and Pulumi-backed AWS. A former founder and full-stack developer, he mentors generalist engineers to work across the stack and removes organisational friction as much as he ships code. Notably, he pairs machine-learning training (Udacity MLND) with production-grade system design, making him as comfortable with models and Snowflake pipelines as with product-facing UX.
