Top SchoolStefanos Agelastos is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Copenhagen with nine years in DevOps and nine years of hands-on experience across SRE, DNS (PowerDNS/DNSsec), BGP/BIRD, and cloud infrastructure. He specializes in translating customer-focused reliability goals into measurable outcomes, having led migrations of mission-critical services from monoliths to extendable microservices and built the accompanying CI/CD, regression tests, and data migration pipelines. With a background that began in 13 years of customer service, he brings exceptional cross-team communication—using visual diagrams and documentation—to bridge engineering, product, and operations. Stefanos is pragmatic and curious, treating software as “glorified plumbing” while embracing problems with humility and excitement. Currently driving reliability at GAN Integrity, he combines operational rigor with a knack for incident leadership and infrastructure-as-code. An early career in immersive media projects and top academic performance hint at a creative, user-centered approach to technical challenges.
