Senior🎓
Top SchoolStephan Johansen is a strategic CTO and cloud-native technologist with 11+ years of experience building secure, compliant SaaS for public sector customers, currently leading development at Lasia AB. He blends hands-on architecture (.NET, Kubernetes, SOA) with strong DevOps and AppSec practices, championing BDD/TDD, CI/CD and security-by-design to turn regulatory requirements like Sweden’s LAS into usable, auditable software. A former independent consultant and educator, he pairs practical teaching experience with facilitation techniques (including Lego® Serious Play®) to upskill teams and improve delivery workflows. Stephan is passionate about Team Topologies and organizational design, focusing as much on high-performing team interactions as on technical choices. He’s equally at home designing C4 architecture diagrams as configuring GitOps pipelines, and is known for challenging the status quo while keeping compliance and usability front and center.
