Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolStephen Cross is a seasoned product and engineering leader with over 30 years of experience building software, partner ecosystems, and cloud/SaaS products across communications and infrastructure domains. Based in Ottawa, he has led product management and partner enablement for Oracle Cloud and Oracle Health, blending deep technical roots with strategic go-to-market execution. His career traces back to hands-on engineering roles in the UK and a MSc in Software Engineering from Oxford, giving him rare breadth from core protocol and service assurance systems to modern cloud platforms. Colleagues describe him as a builder who translates complex technical requirements into partner-friendly products and scalable developer programs. He’s equally comfortable shaping product strategy as he is mentoring teams through large migrations and platform launches. A quietly curious technologist, he often bridges legacy telecom thinking with pragmatic cloud-native solutions.
