Top SchoolSteve Cotugno is a principal technologist with over three decades of systems-level software and engineering leadership, and nine years focused on cloud, DevSecOps and AI-driven platform modernization. He blends hands-on development in TypeScript, Python and JavaScript with cloud architecture expertise across AWS, IBM Cloud and RedHat OpenShift, specializing in GitOps automation (ArgoCD), IaC and release engineering. Steve has driven measurable business impact by applying AI tools like Amazon Q/Kiro and Microsoft Co-Pilot to automate architecture documentation, testing, code review and environment comparisons—turning practitioner workflows into repeatable, auditable pipelines. He’s equally comfortable consulting with clients on cloud strategy and rolling up his sleeves to implement CI/CD, security automation and hybrid-cloud integrations. Based in Greater Phoenix, he brings a rare mix of long-term systems experience and modern cloud-native/AI toolchain fluency that accelerates teams from proof-of-concept to production.
