Steve Fulton is a retired educator and former Surface Warfare Officer with a decade of classroom experience and over two decades of leadership in the U.S. Navy. He built and led comprehensive K–12 computer science and IT programs in Oregon, preparing students for professional certifications across networking, security, systems administration, databases, cloud, and web development. As head coach of a large high-school technology program he mentored dozens of students and coaches, running competitive robotics, programming, and engineering teams. His background blends technical telecommunications training from Texas A&M with advanced studies in teaching and national security, giving him a rare mix of operational discipline and pedagogy. Now self-employed and based in St. Paul, Oregon, he applies that experience to community and mentoring roles while enjoying a well-earned retirement. An understated strength is his track record of translating military leadership into scalable, hands-on STEM education programs that produce certifiable workforce skills.
